Saskatchewan- the New Melting Pot of Jobs

Employment Numbers Soar in Saskatchewan-

Posted On : 30 October,2010

It seems like Saskatchewan is the new job hub in Canada, as the numbers reveal that for the month of September, the province has recorded the highest numbers in employment. Getting the edge with the nineteen Career and Employment Centers across the province, the rate of unemployment in Saskatchewan stands at 5.5%, much below the national unemployment rate of 8.0%.

Not only the number of jobs in the province has soared by 6,300 as against the last year; still as many as 7,150 jobs are available on the website saskjobs.ca. In the high job scenario, the city of Regina has witnessed an increase of 8,200 jobs since September last year; thus making way for the city to be the next focal point.

Thrilled with the development, Rob Norris, Minster of Advanced Education, Employment and Immigration opines, "People are coming to Saskatchewan because they are confident in our economy and that prospects here are very good."

Thus, with the latest numbers out, it seems like the time is right to apply for a visa under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) and speed up your Canada Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visa application process.
