DIAC has increased the threshold level of English language proficiency

DIAC HAS INCREASED THE THRESHOLD LEVEL OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TO 6 BANDS IN EACH MODULE OF IELTS FOR ALL THE OCCUPATIONS WITH EFFECT FROM JULY 1, 2009. THIS IS APPLICABLE TO ALL OFFSHORE APPLICANTS UNDER GSM PROGRAMME
