Born in India, he did his schooling in India. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Punjab University, Chandigarh and did a Certified Management Accountancy Course from Toronto, Canada.

Since ’93 he has been in the immigration business as a Senior Director of WorldWide Immigration Consultancy Services (WWICS). He has been looking after the South East Asian Operations with over 30 offices in India & international offices and Business Associates spread across the world in Canada (Toronto & Edmonton), Australia, UK, United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi Sharjah), East Africa (Nairobi & Uganda), Latin America (Trinidad & Tobago & Jamaica), Sri Lanka & Nepal.,

He is well versed with the laws of immigration and has been handling the immigration business more than 14 years. He has served more than 55,000 clients to help them immigrate to various destinations around the world and has brought WWICS to new heights with corporate image and innovative management skills.

Mr. Devinder Sandhu is also handling Global Placement Services (GPS) as a Senior Director, which takes care of the Settlement and Placement aspect when the clients land in Canada. GPS staff includes Placement Counselors, Job Developers, Resume Writers, Settlement Coordinators, Business Consultants, etc. who provide complete assistance to the clients from the time they land till they completely settle down in Canada.

He is also the Treasurer of Continental Institute for International Studies (CIIS), which is imparting Canadian education in India as it is an extension campus of Georgian College-Canada, Thompson Rivers University-Canada, AYR College – Scotland, University of Brighton – UK & UCOL-New Zealand. The Institute has already got more than 2000 students who are studying degree/diplomas in Automotive Marketing, Computer Technology, Engineering, Business Studies, Hospitality, Creative Studies, Health Care and many more. CIIS also prepares the students to face the global challenges by conducting the various orientation sessions and skill development workshops.
