Sh. Joginder Singh,IPS(Retd.),Former Director ,CBI India

Sh. Joginder Singh, as the Former Director, CBI India and a retired IPS officer, was a student when he was selected for the Indian Police Service and was merely aged 20. He has held a number of prestigious positions both, in Karnataka and Central Govt., which include designations such as DIG & IG in Police in Karnataka, Director of Youth Services in Karnataka, Special Home Secretary to the Govt. of Karnataka, Director in the Commerce Ministry, Director General Narcotics Control Bureau, Director General of Central Industry Security Force and Bureau of Police Research and Development, and Special Secretary in the Union Home Ministry. Joginder Singh has led a number of Indian delegations abroad, to countries such as the UK, USA, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and many more. He is an Honorary Visiting Professor in the Indian Institute of Finance, New Delhi. He is also the President of the management Committee of Giani Gurbaksh Singh DAV College, Jalandhar. Joginder Singh has authored many books that have been published in different languages. Some of them are “Make a way where there is none, Ways of Success and Happiness, 50 days Top, Untold tales, Outside CBI, Inside India, etc.



Lt. Gen. B.K.N. Chhibber(Retd.) Former Governer,Punjab

Lt. Gen Bakshi Krishan Nath Chhibber, Former Governor Punjab, was born on 10th Feb, 1936, who migrated to India from Pakistan in August, 1947. Lt. Gen. B.K.N. Chibber was commissioned in the “Gorkha Rifles” (Infantry) department as an ex-NDA entry through the IMA DEHRADUN in Dec.1956. He has served in various command and staff appointments in a number of field services and high altitude areas. Lt. Gen Chhibber has also served as a Defence advisor, posted at the Bhutan Army HQ from Aug. 1964 to Dec. 1967. He was awarded the esteemed UGEN THOGYAL Medal by Bhutan for his services in 1967. As a former Governor, Mr. Chibber has worked tirelessly and contributed to the growth of Punjab.


Sh. K.S.Sidhu,IAS, Principal Secretary(Retd.) Govt. of Maharashtra

Sh. Kuljit. S. Sidhu, an IAS, who was also the Former Principal Secretary for the Govt. of Maharashtra) has held a number of respectable positions all through his professional career. He started his career as a Commissioned Officer in the Army and Border Security Force, which was followed by other designations such as Assistant Collector, Chief Executive Officer, Collector and District Magistrate, Deputy General Manager, and Divisional Commissioner. In the year 1986, he became the Secretary of Rural Development and Planning under Govt. of Maharashtra. From 1988 to 1993 K.S. Sidhu, served at the position of being the Chairman and Director of National Textile Corporation Ltd. He has also played the role of Secretary, General Administration & Secretary, Public Health under the Govt. of Maharashtra. In 1993, he took his office as the Principal Secretary and Special Commissioner of Earthquake Relief and Rehabilitation and successfully accomplished his responsibilities. For the term 1996 to 1998, K.S. Sidhu served as the Senior Project Coordinator of the World Bank. After this, he became the Independent Consultant of the World Bank. Throughout his life, K.S. Sidhu has attended many international conferences across the globe. He has also received many awards and Merit certificates from the Maharashtra Govt. & World Bank.



Brig. NJS Sidhu (Retd.),

Brig. N.J.S. Sidhu, SM (G) VSM (Retd.), an ex-army officer dedicated 37 glorious years of his life to the Indian Army. He is the honorable recipient of four gallantry awards and took part in 1971 Operations, IPKF & Valley. He has been associated with WWICS for many years, and holds an esteemed position of Vice President (Operations). His expertise has helped in smoothening the work standards of the department. His aim has always been to maximize profitability and his supervision has helped operations become more efficient. Also, his exceptional team building & leadership qualities have been pivotal in streamlining WWICS operations pertaining to Assessment, Case Filing, Processing with respect to all the immigration categories like Skilled Worker Immigration, Study Visa, Business Immigration, and Placement & Settlement Services. His support strategy has bettered the handling of back-end operations and has also enabled to deliver error-free filing & processing of immigration cases. His key focus has always been to direct and coordinate activities that are consistent in achieving well-established goals, objectives and policies and implementing programs to ensure timely attainment of business plans for overall growth of WWICS.
