A total of 1500 ITAs were issued in The Australia Skilled Invitation Round results conducted on 10th March by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) Australia under the General Skilled Visa categories – Australia Skilled Independent Visa Subclass 189 and Australia Skilled Regional Provisional Visa Subclass 489.
Out of 1500 ITAs, a total of 1490 invitations went to applicants under Australia Skilled Independent Visa Subclass 189 with 75 immigration points while, 10 applicants with 85 immigration points received ITA’s under Australia Skilled Regional Visa Subclass 489.
The recent invitation round results saw the issuing of ITAs plunged to 1500 whereas immigration cut-off increased to 75 and 85 points respectively.
A break-even date and time was applied for these invitation rounds. For 189 Subclass visa, an applicant who has submitted profile before 8th March 2019 at 05:50 AM with 75 immigration points and more received invitation whereas, the break-even date and time for 489 subclass visa was set on 9th March 2019, 08:30 AM. This means that applicants with the said date and time with 85 or more points are invited to apply by the Australian government in this draw.

Invitations issued during 2018-19 program year
Until now, a total of 22,620 ITAs have already been given under Australia Skilled Independent Visa Subclass 189 while a total of 90 invitations have been sent to the applicants under Australia Skilled Regional Provisional Visa Subclass 489.
